What I look for

  • Actionable guides written in simple, clear language
  • A clear focus on Airbnb and short-term rental hosting
  • Step-by-step instructions hosts can use straight away
  • Real-world examples, numbers and case studies
  • Plenty of images that illustrate the key points

Questions contributors ask

Do I pay anything if my post isn’t accepted?
No. Submitting is free, and the $50 editorial fee is only requested once your post has been accepted.
What does the editorial fee cover?
The time it takes to edit, format, add images where needed and publish your post on strspecialist.com. Stripe emails you a receipt when you pay.
Will you approve my topic before I write it?
No — I don’t pre-approve topic ideas. Send a detailed pitch or a finished draft and I’ll review it as a whole.
Can I become a regular contributor?
Yes. Tick the box in the form and, if your first post works well, we can plan ideas and content series together.
