Veterinary Care:

Flea and Tick Control:
- The Tenant(s) shall take preventive measures to control fleas, ticks, and other parasites to ensure the pet(s)’ health and prevent infestations.
Training:
- The Tenant(s) shall be responsible for training the pet(s) to follow basic commands and exhibit appropriate behavior. Untrained or unruly pets may be subject to additional restrictions.
Property Damages and Cleaning
Security Deposit:

Cleaning:
