I keep seeing the same operational gap with smaller STR hosts who aren't using a full PMS: the booking calendar is in one place, but the cleaner schedule ends up being handled through texts, screenshots, spreadsheets, or manually copied dates. I'm curious what people here are actually using for the handoff. Shared calendar? Spreadsheet? WhatsApp/text? Turno? Something else? I built a small free tool called TurnSheet to test a simpler approach: give it booking/calendar information and it generates a cleaner-facing turnover schedule with same-day check-ins flagged. No guest PII in the cleaner handoff. It doesn't automatically monitor booking changes yet, so it's intentionally much simpler than a PMS.
