How quickly will I receive my audit?+
Listing audits are delivered as a PDF within 48 hours of payment. Strategy calls are scheduled within 5 business days via Calendly.
Do I need to be on a specific platform?+
No. Prayas has experience across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking sites. The audit and advice apply to whichever platforms you use.
Is there a refund policy?+
If you are not satisfied with your audit, contact us within 7 days and we will either revise it or issue a full refund. Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
What information do I need to provide?+
For the listing audit: your Airbnb listing URL and access to your calendar. For strategy calls: your current pricing tool (or none), your target markets, and your occupancy/ADR goals.
Can I book via Fiverr instead?+
