We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our digital products, that we offer a 1-day risk-free money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a digital product for any reason, you can request a refund within 1 day of purchase.

To request a refund on a digital product, please contact us within 1 day of your purchase via our contact page. We cannot process refunds for requests made after this timeframe.

You may print and use our digital products in your home, business, or a public place but may not resell, reproduce, distribute by electronic means, or profit in any way from the design.

Physical Products (STR Supplies)

Physical products purchased from STR Specialist are fulfilled through international suppliers. Because of this, refund and return terms differ from our digital products.

When You Can Request a Refund

The item arrived damaged, defective, or broken
The item is significantly different from what was described
You received the wrong item
The item has not arrived within 45 business days of dispatch

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item (or within 14 days of the 45-day delivery window expiring for non-delivery claims).

Refund Options

Full refund — for items that cannot be replaced or are not as described.
Partial refund — for minor defects where the item is still usable.
Replacement — we arrange a new item to be shipped at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Not eligible for refund: Change-of-mind returns on physical products are not accepted, as items are shipped internationally and cannot be cost-effectively returned. See our Return Policy for full details.

How to Request a Refund

For all refund requests, please contact us via our contact page or email us directly. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For physical product claims, please attach photos of the item.

We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve all refund requests within 7 business days.

All additional props such as frames, items on display and non-incorporated writing are just for illustrative purposes and are not included within the sale.
