One thing the comparison misses: switching PMS tools is PAINFUL. Migration takes 2-4 weeks and there's always data loss or sync issues during the transition. Pick a PMS that fits where you'll be in 2 years, not where you are today. If you're at 3 properties planning to grow to 10, start with Hostaway, not Hospitable. The learning curve is worth it to avoid a painful migration later.
