I'm at 4 properties and growing. Using Hospitable for messaging + PriceLabs for pricing + manual everything else. But I need a unified property management system (PMS). The three I keep hearing about are Guesty, Hostaway, and OwnerRez. Which one is best for a portfolio of 4-10 STR properties? What are the real differences beyond their marketing pages?
