Hospitable’s Essentials plan is free for unlimited properties and also scored 10/10 on value. At true scale, Beds24’s per-property fee could theoretically edge past free — but Hospitable’s free tier is capped to core automation features, while Beds24’s low fee includes a built-in booking engine with payment processing. Both are legitimately excellent value; the better one depends on which specific features you need.

Beds24’s biggest genuine differentiator is breadth: 60+ OTA integrations, including regional and niche platforms that competitors miss entirely. For hosts distributing beyond the big three (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) onto regional Asian, European or niche booking sites, Beds24’s reach is unmatched among the PMS platforms we’ve reviewed.

Hospitable covers the major channels (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Agoda, Google) thoroughly but doesn’t attempt Beds24’s long-tail regional coverage.

Beds24’s interface is functional but genuinely dated — its own review describes it as utilitarian, with a real learning curve and largely self-serve onboarding on lower plans.
